This was an exciting year for me and two of my other field house fitness mamas!
Our friends Vange and Sara were nice enough to throw us a triple baby shower! We had a blast! I am so glad to have these awesome friends who have worked out with me for years! Our babies are all just weeks apart and we are all delivering at the u! Can't wait!

White Trash New Years Eve!

Tyler and I really wanted to celebrate New Years Eve in style. We looked around town for a few different ideas and then finally decided to head to "Bull Wars!" It was an all bull riding event in Ogden. We sometimes like to watch bull riding on TV so we thought this was a good fit-something different.

When we got there the people watching was just as a good as the bull riding! I saw a lady holding a newborn baby and drinking a beer, and as we were in line getting tickets one upscale lady said to her husband "that sombictch!" Tyler and I had been saying that swear word wrong on these years! It was highly cultural and a really really fun event! This was a New Years Eve we won't ever forget. On the way back to Salt Lake we got to watch all the beautiful fireworks across the valley!

Yea! We stayed up until midnight!
2012 is already shaping up to be a great year!

Working out with Chalene!

December 28, 2011 was a day I will never forget! I met my fitness hero-Chalene Johnson! We chatted, she signed her new book "push", and I got to experience her live in action doing turbo kick! It was an awesome experience! What made the day even better was that my sister was able to be there for the big day!

I started doing Turbo Jam in 2005 and began teaching in 2008! Since then I have become certified in all Chalenes workouts! Needless to say, she and I have been "working out" together for many years! It was a great day!!

Christmas 2011!!!

Christmas was very fun this year. Not only did we spend time with friends and family, but I finally got my husband back from his rotation in South Dakota!
