This weekend was pretty wonderful! Tyler and I were called to the University Care Center Branch last month. Each Sunday we go to the hospital and visit patients and give them the sacrament. It has been an amazing experience for both of us. It is really humbling to see people who are so grateful for the sacrament and for a visit. I have learned so much while we have been there. The patients we have met have been very inspiring and it is awesome to be able to serve with Tyler. We wish we could be in the branch forever but it is only a 6 month calling. On Friday night we went to the hospital to visit a few patients. Then on Saturday we went to the Bountiful Temple. It was a great weekend and gave us a much needed spiritual boost. There is nothing better than being somewhere you love with someone you love!

That is so cool. Are you like a home/visiting teacher or something. I bet those people are happy to see you.
So true and so touching!
That ward sounds like the coolest ward! I would want to stay in it for longer too. I used to go to nursing home church with Grandma Eden. It was my favorite. It was really random and a lot of fun. I think Grandma was the musical number almost every week.
