Jayna's going away "Party"

Last night we went to Brigham City to meet Jayna for her goodbye party. Mikey got into grad school in Washington so they are off on a new adventure!!!
A few weeks ago my parents and Jayna moved Mikey in, but Jayna came back to Logan for a few more weeks of work. She is making the journey to Washington this weekend.
We decided to eat at Maddox but on the way down Jayna had some car trouble. Here are a few pics of the fun part of the evening.

This place rocks! The food was amazing and worth the drive. They even have their own cattle outside, then you go inside and eat it!

Food! My thoughts exactly
So the night went like this,

• Enjoyed dinner
• We sent outside to jump Jayna, but the battery acid from her car battery was in the way
• Tyler rushes to wal-mart to get a few tools and a wire brush
• After awhile of failed attempts Tyler thinks it is the alternator
• Tyler calls auto zone and they have an alternator but close in 20 minutes
• Get the car to auto zone just in time for closing, but we get the alternator
• We push the car under a lamp light because it is after 10:00 PM
• Tyler doesn't have the right tools so takes a second trip to wal mart
• Jayna and I wait for Tyler when all the sudden the lamplight goes out-pure dark
• Tyler returns and we find a flashlight
• One of the tools breaks~!
• Tyler puts in the alternator while Jayna and I take turns holding the flashlight!
• The temperature something breaks on the hose by the alternator
• Tyler get the alternator in and the car seems to be running-victory at last and only 12:45 PM
• We say our goodbyes to Jayna
• Tyler returns all the tools to wal mart
• We arrive home in Salt Lake at 2:00 am!

The good part of the story is that we were all there together and my rock star husband totally fixed her car! He was patient, kind, sexy, willing, oh gosh he is the best. Jayna and I were able to spend some fun sister time together even if the conditions weren't ideal. My family is the best we will never forget Jayna's "party!"
