In April Tyler interviewed for a job with Utah Navajo Health Systems. Even making the drive to Blanding for the interview nerved me up. We had been house shopping, enjoying life in SL, and Tyler had only been at the U a year. I was not ready to leave Salt Lake and did not want to move.
The interview went great and we did a lot of talking and praying. The opportunity would be amazing for Tyler and he would get to do a lot of diabetes education. I really struggled with everything about this decision, but something about the move felt right to us. Even so, it didn't make saying goodbye any easier.
Last class at the U! I loved my students and teaching and was not ready to go! :( These ladies have been working out with me for 4 years!
Tyler's last day at the U! It was bittersweet!
Last time with the cousins in Evanston. Meeting Cammie and the kids was a pretty regular occurrence and we met one last time at the buffalo park in Evanston. I hated this day, I cried on the way, there, and on the way back to Salt Lake-it sucked.
Lat day at our University Village Apartment. Yeah it wasn't super glamorous but it was our home for over 4 years. We had so many happy memories and great experiences there. It was another very emotional day leaving and saying goodbye.
