Martin Luther King, Jr.When I worked as a victim advocate I had this quote at my desk to remind me that people deserve justice-especially victims of crime. Well today my husband was a victim of a terrible injustice. When I got home from the field house this morning there was a ticket on his truck. The ticket said his parking pass wasn't displayed-which it clearly was. I looked around and saw the ticket fairy had visited quite a few other cars. Ouch! maybe it was the end of the month slump.
Anyway, he went and appealed the ticket and he doesn't have to pay! Hooray. Justice does exist! (Sorry for the dramatics but this school already has enough of my money)

dude, that suck-diddly-ucks! I got a parking warning the other day for parking on the street. It sucks. Glad you didn't have to pay though.
Wow, I'm surprised they let him get out of it. Maybe lots of people complained that day. But I'm glad that true justice prevailed.
