Here's the story. I started doing Turbo Jam 3 years ago. (You may have seen the infomercials.) I had gained some bad freshmen 15 and needed to get moving. Turbo jam is the video version of turbo kick. I really loved it and have combined it with my other workouts over the past few years. Well one of my goals this year was to become certified to teach it, and actually find a job instructing.
This weekend I was worked over as I attended the turbo kick instructor training. It was so hard and such a blast and I can't wait to start instructing. If any of you know a gym or somewhere that is looking for a turbo kick instructor please let me know! (If any of you would like a private turbo kick session, that can also be arranged)

Can I have a private Turbo Kick lesson? I'm sure you will kick some turbo ass!
I actually think that this is the kind of exercise I could be into. I bought the DVDs off of Amazon but struggle with my pathetic laziness and have only done it maybe 10 times.
I am also really weak, so that doesn't help.

This is so cool that you got certified! I can totally picture you teaching a class with a headset microphone. Shoot, I can even picture you doing the next turbo jam video.

Hey Beth, its Megan (larsen) i was blog hopping and found this and can i just tell you that i'm a total fan of turbo jam and i recommend it to everyone i talk to. And Candace is teaching it at Gold's and I subbed for her this week-kicked my butt! Its so good but so hard! GLad to see you know what I'm talking about!
