My brother Brandt is off on another whirlwind adventure. He left last night to begin his fall semester at the BYU Jerusalem center. (In his words BY Jew)! I will miss him like crazy, he is one of my very best friends. I had a few tears last night, but I know he is going to have an amazing experience.
Sunday my parents came to Salt Lake and we were able to have a small goodbye party. Tyler grilled and we enjoyed a nice relaxed Sunday evening together.

We decided to head down to Gilgal Gardens. The Garden is full of stone carving and statues dedicated to the LDS religion. The sculptor was a bishop from SL who turned his back yard into a religious tribute. It is pretty interesting and worth seeing.

Here we are by the scriptures

And my personal favorite, the Joseph Smith Phynx

The keystone of our religion-pretty cool I must admit

Back at my house for the goodbye photos! :(

Brandt we love you so much and will miss you like crazy! I hope you read this soon! Love you lots!
